These terms govern your use of arethino, a service provided by Arethine Institute ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
arethino is a workspace for preparing professional interactions: intent, people, engagement, notes and follow-through. We provide the structure and functionality; you provide and manage the content.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for professional purposes.
3. Your content and personal data of others
You decide which people and information you add, import or look up. For that personal data you are the data controller and arethino acts as your data processor. You confirm that you have a lawful basis (e.g. legitimate interest or consent) to process it, and that you will inform the people concerned where the law requires.
4. AI features and quotas
- AI import and public-information search are included within monthly quotas that depend on your plan. Quotas renew monthly on the day you registered (or started your subscription).
- AI suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing is saved until you confirm it; you are responsible for checking accuracy.
- Public-information search is triggered by you, one person at a time. Do not use it for profiling or purposes unrelated to preparing an interaction.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use arethino to store unlawful content, to harass or monitor individuals, to bypass quotas, or to disrupt the service.
6. Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Premium, Pro, Team), when offered, are billed monthly without annual commitment, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. Your existing data remains available after a plan change or cancellation.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After deletion your data is removed within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
